Highly motivated and skilled librarian with over 15 years of experience in education including classroom instruction, library operations, information management, and customer service. Strong instructional skills with experience in teaching both asynchronous and synchronous distance learners. Holds two Master's in Instructional/Educational Leadership and Library Information Sciences, as well as a Minor in Africana Studies with a focus on African-American Literature and History. Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, with a focus on DEI education, instruction, and training. Currently participating in the Finding Your Own Voice Program facilitated by the Dock C. Bracy Center for Human Reconciliation.
