Highly motivated and skilled librarian with over 10 years of experience in library operations, information management, and customer service. Detailed and self- motivated when presented with challenges, especially those requiring technical research skills. Strong instructional skills with experience in teaching both asynchronous and synchronous distance learners. Holds two Master's in Instructional/Educational Leadership and Library Information Sciences, as well as a Minor in Africana Studies with a focus on African-American Literature and History. Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, with a focus on DEI education, instruction, and training. Currently participating in the Finding Your Own Voice Program facilitated by the Dock C. Bracy Center for Human Reconciliation.
